Shipping

We ship anywhere in Pakistan for a flat rate of Rs. 200 per order. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from order confirmation, via courier. You'll receive tracking details by WhatsApp or email once your order ships.

Returns

If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery — the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Because many of our stones are natural, one-of-a-kind pieces, we inspect returned items on receipt before processing a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps directly.
