Return window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with any certificate or documentation included.

Inspection

Because most of our pieces are natural, one-of-a-kind stones, every return is inspected on receipt to confirm condition before a refund or exchange is processed.

How to request a return or refund

Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and walk you through the next steps.

Refund timing

Once a returned item passes inspection, refunds are processed back to your original payment method (or as store credit for Cash on Delivery orders, by agreement).
